Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We process and fulfill orders within 1–5 business days after purchase. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from our supplier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.


Where We Ship

We currently ship only to Slovakia and the Czech Republic.


Estimated Delivery Times

Since we work with global suppliers (including from AliExpress), please allow a bit more time for delivery. Typical delivery times are as follows:

Slovakia 5–20 business days
Czech Republic 5–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times can vary slightly depending on the product, supplier, and time of year (e.g., holidays, customs delays).


Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders for Slovakia and Czech republic!

  • Flat rate shipping of €17.00 per order for rest of the world!


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
Please allow 3–7 business days after shipment for tracking info to update.


Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, depending on availability and the supplier location.


Customs & Import Duties

Although most packages are delivered without issue, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in Slovakia or the Czech Republic. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Local holidays

  • Global shipping disruptions
